Why it matters

This is PZ Cussons’ first dividend since 2022, and it follows a dramatic turnaround: FY2026 revenue of ₦260.46 billion (+22.5% year-on-year), profit after tax of ₦45.17 billion (+348.7% from ₦10.07 billion), and retained earnings turning positive to ₦4.39 billion from a ₦38.77 billion deficit. The ₦2.50 payout totals roughly ₦9.9 billion to shareholders.
